....by having a Congress controlled by one party and the White House controlled by another - isn't it more likely that ';all'; Americans will benefit, and that because of compromises and working differences out, the laws will be more effective. What do you think?Do you think our government (US) works best when no party is in complete control?
Yes, when the republicans were in charged a lot of legislation was passed that should not have been. Our government was built on the system of checks and balance and if we are full of yes men then that system will fail.
